Adults
For many adults who are newly identifying as LGBTQ+, the experience can be overwhelming and scary. The fear of rejection from family, friends, and society at large can create a sense of isolation and loneliness. It's important to remember, however, that there is a community of people out there who can offer support and understanding.

One of the first things that can be helpful for adults who are scared is to seek out resources and support networks. This is why we are here. We are here to provide a safe space for people going through the same.

It can also be helpful for adults who are scared to take things at their own pace. Coming out is a process, and it's okay to take the time needed to feel comfortable and confident with one's identity. It's important to remember that there is no right or wrong way to come out, and that everyone's journey is different.

For those who are scared about the potential negative reactions from family and friends, it's important to remember that their responses are ultimately out of our control. While it can be difficult to face rejection, it's important to prioritize one's own well-being and safety. In some cases, it may be necessary to distance oneself from toxic or unsupportive individuals.
